Tato práce se zabývá změnami v oblasti investiční ochrany vyvstalými v souvislosti s Dohodou o ochraně investic mezi EU a Singapurem. V první své části zkoumá vývoj vnějších pravomocí EU v oblasti zahraničních investic a dává jej do kontextu okolností vzniku předmětné dohody. This thesis examines the changes in investment protection arising from the EU-Singapore Investment Protection Agreement. Its initial chapter explores the development of the EU’s external competencies in the field of foreign investment and contextualizes it with the conclusion of the agreement.
