Předmětem této práce je analýza jakosti vybraných transfuzních přípravků na TO a KB ve Fakultní nemocnici Brno za rok 2008 ve vztahu k procesu jeho výroby a ve vztahu k pohlaví dárce krve. Na začátku práce je popsána krev a jednotlivé krevní složky, poté vybrané transfuzní přípravky, jejich charakteristika, odběr, výroba, skladování, transport, označení a indikace k použití. The aim of this work is the quality analysis of the transfusion preparations at TO a KB at the Faculty Hospital in Brno in 2008 in relationship to the production process and to the gender of the blood donor.
