Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zaměřuje na vymezení podmínek vzniku dědického práva, dále na definování jednotlivých dědických titulů jako jsou dědická smlouva, závěť, zákonná dědická posloupnost a odkaz. Dále jsou zde zpracovány možnosti dispozice s dědictvím tedy zřeknutí se dědického práva, odmítnutí dědictví, vzdání se dědictví, zcizení dědictví. Poslední kapitola se zabývá přechodem pozůstalosti na dědice.

Abstract:

This graduation thesis focuses on defining the conditions of inheritance law, defining individual inheritance titles such as inheritance treaty, will, legal inheritance and legacy. Furthermore, the possibilities of layout with inheritance, namely renunciation of inheritance law, denial of inheritance, waiver of inheritance, estrangement of inheritance, are elaborated here. The last chapter deals with the transfer of the estate to heirs.
