Assessment of the system and level of personnel management of the selected organization

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsání jednotlivých personálních činností, postavení personálního oddělení vzhledem k organizaci a uvedení určitých doporučení v oblasti výběru zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní kapitoly. První kapitola se týká teoretické části, která popisuje personální řízení jako takové, personální oddělení, úrovně personálního řízení a life-cycle zaměstnance. Druhá část práce se věnuje vybrané společnosti. Popsána je její historie, hlavní činnosti a SWOT analýza. Poslední praktická část je zaměřena na popsání konkrétních personálních činností ve vybrané organizaci. Následně jsou v práci zpracovány rozhovory se zaměstnanci personálního oddělení, rozhovor se zaměstnancem top managementu organizace a dotazníkové šetření se zaměstnanci společnosti. Tato část práce je zakončená doporučením v oblasti výběru nových zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe HR activities, the position of the personnel department in relation to the organization and to make recommendations in the field of employee selection. The work is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter concerns the theoretical part, which describes personnel management as such, the personnel department, the level of personnel management and the life-cycle of the employee. The second part of the work is devoted to the selected company. Its history, main activities and SWOT analysis are described. The last practical part is focused on the description of specific personnel activities in the selected organization. Subsequently, the work deals with interviews with employees of the personnel department, an interview with an employee of the top management of the organization and a questionnaire survey with employees of the company. This part of the work ends with a recommendation in the field of selection of new employees.
