New Forms of the Asset Management after the Recodification of Private Law
Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza právního institutu svěřenského fondu tak, jak je představen v novém občanském zákoníku. Součástí práce bude komparativní analýza s québeckým trustem, neboť tento se stal předlohou pro vznik svěřenského fondu. Cílem této práce je poskytnout čtenáři ucelený přehled o fungování tohoto specifického právního institutu a jeho možného uplatnění v budoucnu.
Abstract:
The objective of this thesis is to analyze the institute of specific form of assets management as introduced in the new civil code. This work will also provide comparative analysis with Québec trust because it became a model for introducing of Czech trust in Czech legal system.
