Reakce krevních destiček na poškození cévní stěny

Abstract:

Krevní destičky neboli trombocyty jsou bezjaderné krevní částice, které se účastní tvorby krevní zátky. Vytváří se v kostní dřeni z progenitorových buněk z tzv. megakaryocytů. Obsahují několik atypických struktur jako je kanálkový systém a různé typy granul : lysozomy (obsahující kyselé hydrolázy), denzní tělíska (obsahující ADP, ATP, serotonin, kalcium...) a alfa granula (obsahující von Willebrandův faktor, fibrinogen, vitronektin, trombospondin...). Obsah těchto granul je uvolňován po stimulaci destiček. Destičky jsou stimulovány jakmile se dostanou do kontaktu se strukturami extracelulární matrix : kolagen (který je destičkám vystaven po poranění endotelové vrstvy cév), trombin(uvolňovaný z poškozených tkání ), ADP (který je uvolňován z poškozených endotelových buněk a erytrocytů) a další. Po stimulaci destičky, pomocí svých povrchových receptorů a molekul uvolněných ze svých granul, adherují k endotelu (v místě poranění) a navzájem mezi sebou. To vede k tvorbě hemostatické zátky, která je zpevňována vlákny fibrinu a k zástavě krvácení.

Abstract:

Platelets or thrombocytes are anuclear blood cell fragments that are involved in the cellular mechanisms that lead to the formation of blood clots. They are produced in the bone marrow from the progenitor cells for platelets so-called megakaryocyte. They contain several atypical structures as a canalicular system, and different types of granules : lysosomes (containing acid hydrolases), dense bodies (containing ADP, ATP serotonin, calcium...) and alpha granules (containing von Willebrand factor,fibrinogen, vitronectin, thrombospondin...). The contents of which are released upon activation of the platelet. Platelets are activated when brought into contact with structures of extracellular matrix : collagen (which is exposed when the endothelial blood vessel lining is damaged), thrombin (it is released from the damaged tissue), ADP (which is released from the damaged endothelial cells and erythrocytes) and others. After activation of the platelet it is adhere to the endothelial cells (in the place of damage) and to each other via surface receptors and molecules from the granules. It is leading to the the formation of a haemostatic plug in conjunction with fibrin and to the control of bleeding.
