Abstract:

Tento výzkum je zaměřený na fenomén laserových útoků, který je spojován s otázkami bezpečnosti letecké dopravy. Výzkum se zaobírá jak bezpečností z pohledu security, tak i z hlediska safety, tedy částečně technického, jaké následky může laserový útok mít a zda mu lze technickým vylepšením letadel či lepším výcvikem pilotů v těchto situacích nějak zabránit nebo alespoň jeho účinky zmírnit. Tento výzkum laserových útoků v letecké dopravě se zaměřuje nejen na případy v České republice, ale také ve Spojených státech amerických a Velké Británii. Zohledněna je zde jak bezpečnost civilní letecké dopravy, tak také vojenská bezpečnost. V tomto ohledu se výzkum neomezuje pouze na vojenská letadla a vrtulníky, ale i na teroristické organizace, které začaly používat tuto metodu ke zmatení či úplnému zneškodnění bezpilotních letounů a také k získání nových technologií a jejich následnému využití. Jeho cílem je tak popsat tento fenomén a navrhnout řešení, která by jej mohla eliminovat či alespoň zmírnit jeho následky.

Abstract:

This research focuses on the phenomenon of laser attacks, which is associated with aviation safety and security. The research deals with both security and safety. The consequences caused by laser attacks and whether it is possible to prevent such situation or mitigate its effects at least, are partly technical and rather part of term safety. The research of laser attacks in aviation focuses not only on cases in the Czech Republic but also in the United States and Great Britain. Not only the security and safety of civil aviation is taken into account, but the research deal with military security as well. In this regard, the research is not limited to military aircraft and helicopters, but focuses also on terrorist organizations that have started to use this method to confuse or completely destroy unmanned aerial vehicles which is a way how to obtain new technologies and use them for their own purposes. The aim of the research is to describe this phenomenon and propose solutions that could eliminate or at least mitigate its consequences.
