Abstract:

MATĚJČKOVÁ, Lucie. Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta se sclerosis multiplex. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Karolína Stuchlíková PhD. Praha. 2022. 91 s. Bakalářská práce nese název Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta se sclerosis multiplex. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány základní informace a historie diagnózy sclerosis multiplex a poznatky z epidemiologie tohoto onemocnění. Teoretická část pokračuje prognózou, rizikovými faktory a etiopatogenezí sclerosis multiplex. Další podkapitoly teoretické části práce popisují klinické příznaky, formy a typy sclerosis multiplex a metody její diagnostiky. Pozornost je také věnována specifikám ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou a kvalitě života lidí s daným onemocněním. Závěr teoretické části práce stručně definuje jednotlivé fáze ošetřovatelského procesu. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem u pacientky se sclerosis multiplex, která byla hospitalizovaná na neurologickém oddělení. Je zde posouzen celkový zdravotní stav pacientky, jsou stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy, cíle, navrhnuté ošetřovatelské intervence, jejich následná realizace a vyhodnocení. Byly rozpracovány tři aktuální ošetřovatelské diagnózy. U diagnózy chronická bolest a narušená tělesná pohyblivost byly krátkodobé i dlouhodobé cíle splněny. U poslední ošetřovatelské diagnózy, urgentní inkontinence moči, byly krátkodobé cíle splněny. Dlouhodobé cíle částečně a je potřeba pokračovat v naplánované péči. V závěru praktické části je ošetřovatelský proces vyhodnocen a jsou navržena doporučení pro praxi.

The bachelor thesis is called Nursing Care of a Patient with Multiple Sclerosis. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with basic information and history of the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis and knowledge of the epidemiology of this disease. The theoretical part continues with a prognosis, risk factors and etiopathogenesis of multiple sclerosis. Other subchapters of the theoretical part of the thesis describe clinical symptoms, forms and types of multiple sclerosis and methods of its diagnosis. Attention is also paid to the specifics of nursing care for patients with multiple sclerosis and the quality of life of people with this disease. The conclusion of the theoretical part of the thesis briefly defines the individual phases of the nursing process. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the nursing process of a patient with multiple sclerosis who was hospitalized in the neurology department. The overall health status of the patient is assessed, nursing diagnoses, goals, proposed nursing interventions, their subsequent implementation and evaluation are determined. Three current nursing diagnoses have been developed. The short-term and long-term goals were met for the diagnosis of chronic pain and impaired physical mobility. For the last nursing diagnosis, urgent urinary incontinence, the short-term goals were met. Long-term goals in part and the need for continued planned care. At the end of the practical part, the nursing process is evaluated and recommendations for practice are proposed.
