Research of the properties of forging presses depending on the used technological processes and possibilities of increasing their efficiency

Abstract:

Tvářecí stroje slouží k tváření materiálu, tedy ke změně jeho tvaru bez odebírání materiálu. Nosným tématem práce je zjistit možnosti tvářecích strojů ve vztahu k prováděným technologickým operacím s ohledem na namáhání konstrukce stroje a zároveň s ohledem na využitelnost stroje v konkrétním výrobním procesu. Výstupem z práce jsou znalosti vlivu technologické operace na zatížení konstrukce stroje s vytipováním nejnepříznivějších stavů. Získané znalosti poté mohou být zúročeny při navrhování konstrukcí nových strojů tak, aby byly tyto stavy co možná nejvíce eliminovány. Dále mohou být znalosti použity k definování dovolených zátěžných stavů u provozovaných strojů tak, aby nedocházelo k jejich přetěžování a následnému poškození nesprávným používáním. Druhým výstupem je měla být analýza nejčastěji používaných strojů ve výrobě s ohledem na možnosti zefektivňování výroby na těchto strojích. V průběhu zkoumání jednotlivých strojů jsou využívány poznatky získané z projektů, které jsou řešeny ve spolupráci s předními výrobci tvářecích strojů. Vzhledem k zaměření výrobců strojů a také rozmanitosti tvářecích technologií je disertační práce zaměřena především na hydraulické a mechanické lisy domácích producentů. Pro získání věrohodných vstupních dat do analýz strojů a procesů je vycházeno z prováděných technologických operací. Pro správné zmapování těchto technologií je využit program DEFORM 3D.

Abstract:

Forming machines are used for material molding, i.e. to change its shape without removing of the material. The main topic of this work is to determine the possibility of forming machines in relation to the technological operations carried out with respect to the machine loading and also with respect to the usability of the machine at manufacturing process. The outputs of the work are knowledge of the influence of technological operations loading with finding the most unfavorable conditions. Obtained knowledge can be used in the design of new machines so that these states can be eliminated, if possible. Further knowledge can be used to define permitted conditions for currently operating machine to prevent them from overloading and damage by wrong use. The second output is the analysis of the most commonly using of the forming machines in production lines with regard to the possibility of improving the efficiency of production on these machines. During the examination of individual machines are used the knowledge gained from projects that are dealt with collaboration with leading manufacturers of forming machines. Due to the orientation of the machine manufacturers and the diversity of forming technologies this work is based on hydraulic and mechanical presses of domestic producers. To obtain the reliable input data to the machine analysis and process is started from the performed technological operations. For the correct mapping of these technologies is used the program DEFORM 3D.
