Quality comparison of wines from French wine regions on Czech market
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce měla za cíl zjistit, zda tradiční francouzské vinařské regiony jako je Bordeaux a Burgundsko stále udržují své dominantní postavení ve srovnání s ostatními francouzskými vinařskými regiony na českém trhu. Druhým cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda vína starších ročníků jsou v degustačních soutěžích lépe hodnocená než vína mladších ročníků.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis aimed to find out if the traditional wine regions such as Bordeaux and Burgundy still keep their dominant position among French wine regions on the Czech market. The second aim was to find out if older wines are better rated than younger wines in the degustation competitions.
