Abstract:
Práce se zabývá daňovými dopady podnikání formou organizační složky zahraničního subjektu na území ČR. Na příkladu konkrétního subjektu je porovnán základ daně stanovený správcem daně alternativním způsobem se základem daně dle výsledku hospodaření.
Abstract:
The work deals with the tax impacts of foreign business entity in the Czech Republic through a branch. The thesis covers the comparative analysis of the tax base set by the alternative mean and tax base based on the accounting results.
