Obsahem této diplomové práce je především seznámení s institutem předběžných opatření, tak jak jsou upravena v občanském soudním řádu. Věnuji se zde kladům a záporům současné právní úpravy a k tomu využívám srovnání nejen s historickou úpravou předběžných opatření, ale také právní úpravu tohoto institutu v dalších evropských právních řádech. Subject of this work is introduce with institute of preliminari rulings. Arrangement of this institute is in Civil judicial rules contained. I refer to advantages and disadvantages of contemporary legal rules and use mainly comparison with historical preliminary rulings in our land and description of preliminary rulings in other European legal orders.
