Material publicity of immovables evidence
Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci jsem zpracoval téma Materiální publicita evidence nemovitostí. Zabýval jsem se problematikou ochrany osob jednajicí v důvěře v katastr nemovitostí. Dále pak vydržením, duplicitou vlastnictví a vlivem restitučních zákonů na jistotu vlastnického vztahu.
Abstract:
The topic of my diploma thesis was Material Publicity of Immovable Property Recording. I was concentrating on the protection of persons trusting the Land Register records. Then I was also dealing with positive prescription, duplicity of ownership and the influence of restitution acts on the guarantee of a proprietary relation.
