Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá městským veřejným prostorem. Zaměřuje se na jeho prostorové a sociální aspekty, zkoumá jeho historii a vliv společenských změn na jeho podobu. Práce se také soustředí na regulaci veřejného prostoru a možnosti orgánů veřejné správy dle českého právního řádu veřejný prostor zřizovat, regulovat a chránit.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with urban public space. It focuses on its spatial and social aspects, examines its history and the influence of social changes on its form. The thesis also focuses on the regulation of public space and the possibilities of public authorities according to the Czech law to establish regulate and protect the public space.
