Diagnostics of classroom social climate

Abstract:

V této práci, zabývající se diagnostikou třídního klima se v teoretické části zaměřuji na klima školní třídy a třídu jako sociální skupinu. Její součástí je - zaměření se na roli a postavení žáka ve třídě, stejně jako na vztahy žáků mezi sebou. V neposlední řadě se zabývá možnostmi diagnostiky školního klimatu a sociometrií. Výzkumná část se poté soustředí na komparaci dvou nástrojů, které měří tyto jevy a klade si za cíl prozkoumat vztah mezi třídním klimatem a vztahy mezi spolužáky, zjišťovanými prostřednictvím sociometrie.

Abstract:

In this work, focussed on the diagnostics of class climate I will begin the theoretical section by outlining the climate of a school classroom and discussing classes as social groups. Next, I will explore the role of individual students and their interpersonal relationships. Finally, I will then consider diagnostic options of school climate and sociometry. The research section will then be dedicated to examining the relationship between class climate and the interpersonal relationships between students by comparing two metrics that evaluate these phenomena through sociometry.
