Předkládaná bakalářská práce pojednává o průběhu konkurzního řízení, v členění na jednotlivé fáze od podání návrhu až po jeho zrušení. The submitted thesis pertains to the bankruptcy procedure, subdivided into individual stages from submission of the respective petition until the time of termination.
