Abstract:
Yersinióza patří mezi nejčastěji hlášené zoonózy v EU. Patogenní kmeny Yersinia enterocolitica jsou nejčastějšími původci onemocnění u člověka. Za nejvýznamnější zdroj jsou považována prasata, u kterých je tato bakterie přítomná zejména v mandlích a obsahu střevním. Yersiniosis belongs to the most frequently reported zoonosis in the European Union. Pathogenic strains of Yersinia enterocolitica are the most common species causing human yersiniosis. Pigs are considered as the most important source, and the bacteria occurs especially in the tonsils and intestinal contents.
