Tématem diplomové práce je příspěvek ke standardizaci Testu úrovně aspirace pro věkovou kategorii adolescentů. V teoretické části se zabýváme problematikou aspirační úrovně a standardizace. V první kapitole se věnujeme teoretickému vymezení pojmu úroveň aspirace a podáváme krátký přehled dosavadního zkoumání. Ve druhé kapitole uvádíme problematiku do souvislostí pedagogické praxe. The theme of the thesis is a contribution to the standardization of the Level of aspiration test for the adolescent age group. In the theoretical part we deal with issues of standardization and level of aspiration.
