Learning Community for talents and potentials for management at Skoda Auto a.s.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma učících se komunit. V praktické části analyzuje Učící se komunitu pro talenty a nositele potenciálu pro management ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Cílem práce bylo pomocí dotazníkového šetření, zjistit úroveň a kvalitu Učící se komunity pro talenty a nositele potenciálu pro management, jako formu vzájemného se učení a podpory učící se organizace. Na základě výsledků z dotazníkového šetření bylo zjištěno, že členové jsou s komunitou spokojeni, avšak využití pro členy je spíše informačního charakteru a nedochází zde natolik k vzájemnému učení. Jako možné návrhy na zlepšení, byly navrhnuty například Vytvoření informačního kanálu na MS Temas, kde se komunita soustřeďuje, Redukce a přejmenování jednotlivých kanálů tak, aby bylo zřejmé, k jakým účelým daný MS Teams kanál slouží, Snaha o větší zapojení členů komunity, pomocí přímého oslovení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of learning communities. In the practical part, it analyses the Learning Community for talents and potentials for management at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. The aim of the thesis was to use a questionnaire survey to determine the level and quality of the Learning Community for talents and potentials for management as a form of peer learning and support for a learning organisation. Based on the results from the questionnaire survey, it was found that members are satisfied with the community, but the use for members is more informational and there is not enough peer learning. As possible suggestions for improvement, suggestions were made such as Creating an information channel on MS Temas where the community is focused, Reducing and renaming the different channels so that it is clear what purpose a given MS Teams channel serves, Trying to get more involvement from community members, through direct outreach.
