Stanovení digitální zralosti podniků ve strojírenském odvětví

Abstract:

Práce předkládá proceduru stanovení digitální zralosti organizací, a to za účelem zlepšení organizačních schopností implementace digitálních technologií konceptu Industry 4.0 ve snaze o minimalizaci vícenákladů, či nedodržení časových plánů této implementace. Na základě rozsáhlé literární rešerše byl za využití analyticko-syntetického postupu sestaven obecný model digitální zralosti organizace a tento byl následně transformován v soustavu klíčových ukazatelů. Při tvorbě obecného modelu byly zohledněny homogenní poznatky ostatních autorů z oblasti nákladové efektivity implementace digitálních technologií, bariér této implementace i již existující modely ověřování digitální zralosti. Shoda organizačních aktivit s obecným modelem digitální zralosti je zde dále ověřována metodou vážené maticové analýzy. Výstupem z procesu stanovení digitální zralosti organizace je dále i těžiště strategických aktivit organizace, které definuje následné kroky k dosažení vyššího stupně digitální zralosti organizace. Metodika práce byla ověřena na exaktních datech vybraného podniku, působícího v odvětví strojírenské výroby. Práce klade důraz na aplikovatelnost v praxi, přínos práce tak spočívá především ve stanovení metodického postupu ověření digitální zralosti organizace a dále ve faktickém stanovení nápravných strategických opatření za účelem navýšení této zralosti. Závěry práce korelují se zjištěními ostatních autorů, a to zejména v pojmenování kritických faktorů implementace digitálních technologií. Těmito faktory jsou absence digitální strategie organizace, z ní plynoucí nedostatečné vynaložené náklady, či nekoncepční práce s digitální zralostí personálu.

Abstract:

The paper presents the procedure for determining the digital maturity of organizations, in order to improve the organizational capabilities of the implementation of digital technologies of the Industry 4.0 concept with the main goal of minimizing additional costs or non-compliance with the implementation schedules. Based on an extensive literature research, a general model of the organization's digital maturity was compiled using an analytical-synthetic procedure, and this was subsequently transformed into a system of key indicators. When creating the general model, the homogeneous conclusions of other authors in the field of cost-effectiveness of digital technology implementation, barriers to this implementation, as well as existing digital maturity verification models were taken into account. The conformity of organizational activities with the general model of digital maturity is further verified by using the method of weighted matrix analysis. The output of the process of determining the organization's digital maturity is also finding the central point of organization's strategic activities, which defines further subsequent steps to achieve a higher degree of the organization's digital maturity. The methodology of the work was verified on the exact data of the selected company operating in the field of engineering production. The work emphasizes applicability in practice, the contribution of the work thus lies primarily in the determination of the methodical procedure for verifying the digital maturity of the organization and further in the exact determination of corrective strategic activities in order to increase this maturity. The conclusions of the work correlate with the findings of other authors, especially in the determing of critical factors for the implementation of digital technologies. These factors are the absence of an organization's digital strategy, resulting in insufficient implementation costs, or non-conceptual work with the digital maturity of the staff.
