Electronic Signature

Abstract:

Anotace práce Cílem této bakalářské práce je vymezit základní pojem elektronického podpisu, popsat typy elektronického podpisu a českou legislativu, upravující elektronický podpis. V další části práce se zabývám otázkami aplikovatelnosti elektronického podpisu v praxi. Kromě toho, snažím se popsat pojem elektronického podpisu v zákonech Turecké republiky, Republiky Rakousko, České republiky a Ruské federace, jaké mají cíle a porovnávám je se Směrnici Evropské Unie č. 1999/93/ES. Věnuji se aspektům právní legislativy elektronického podpisu a aplikovatelnosti elektronického podpisu ve skutečnosti v Ruské federaci. V závěrečné části své práce se zaměřuji na popsání skutečnosti elektronického podpisu v České republice a provádím výzkum.

Abstract:

Annotation The aim of this B.A. thesis is to define the basic meaning of an electronic signature, describe the types of the electronic signature and czech legislature that controls the electronic signature. The first part of the work considers the questions about application of the electronic signature in practice. Besides we try to look over the use of the electronic signature according to legal system of the Republic of Turkey, the Republic of Austria, the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation and compare with the EU Electronic Signatures Directive that was published in the EC Official Journal, as Directive 1999/93/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. The next part is dedicated to legislature of the electronic signature and application of it in the Russian Federation. The last part of the work deals with charakteristics of the electronic signature in the Czech Republic including practikal investigations.
