Abstract:
Tato závěrečná práce se zabývá tématem pracovní spokojenosti v organizaci. Cílem práce je analyzovat faktory, které ovlivňují míru pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců a identifikovat metody pro její zlepšení. This thesis focuses on the topic of job satisafction in an organization. The aim of the study is to analyze factors that influence the level of employee job satisfaction and identify methods for its improvement.
