Abstract:

Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou žáků, kteří jsou v prostředí školy dlouhodobě označováni za šprty. Ve své teoretické části věnuje pozornost vybraným osobnostním charakteristikám, které úzce souvisejí s mírou dosahované školní úspěšnosti a které mohou s jistou dávkou pravděpodobnosti přispívat k udělení šprtovské nálepky. Opomenut nezůstává ani dopad zmiňované nálepky na socializaci a postavení daného jedince ve školní třídě, stejně jako na formování žákova sebepojetí a sebehodnocení. Empirická část usiluje po nezbytném představení metodologických aspektů realizovaného kvalitativního výzkumu o analýzu a interpretaci sesbíraných dat.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of students who are labeled as geeks at their schools in the long term. The theoretical part concentrates on the personal characteristics which are closely related to the level of school success achieved and which – with some level of probability – may contribute to the award of geek label. The impact of the geek label on socialization and a status of the individual in the class is not forgotten, as well as the impact on the formation of the pupil's self-concept and self-esteem. After the necessary introduction of the methodological aspects of the qualitative research realized, the empiric part of the thesis aims to an analysis and interpretation of collected data.
