Life Event of Removing a Child from a Family

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zjišťováním životní situace odebrání dítěte z rodiny. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje 2 hlavní kapitoly. V kapitolách je popsáno fungování rodinného prostředí a výchovy, výkon ústavní výchovy, pozice vychovatel a ředitel, popis přijetí do dětského domova, identifikace ohrožených rodin a dětí a příslušná legislativa. Praktická část se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem životní události odebrání dítěte z rodiny z pohledu vychovatelů a ředitelů dětských domovů. V této části byly zjištěny důvody odebrání dětí, z jakých rodin a rodinných prostředí přichází do zařízení a náplň práce vychovatele a ředitele při přijetí a následné práce s dítětem.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the investigation of the life situation of the removal of a child from the family. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains 2 main chapters. The chapters describe the functioning of the family environment and education, the performance of institutional education, the position of educator and director, a description of admission to a children's home, identification of families and children at risk, and relevant legislation. The practical part deals with qualitative research on the life event of removing a child from the family from the point of view of educators and directors of children's homes. In this part, the reasons for the removal of children, from which families and family environments they come to the facility and the content of the work of the educator and director during admission and subsequent work with the child were determined.
