Tunely v proteinech – analýza dostupných informací
Channels in proteins - analysis of available information
Abstract:
Proteinové tunely umožňují molekulám přístup k aktivnímu nebo funkčnímu místu, ukrytému uvnitř proteinu. Takto určují selektivitu uvedeného místa a jsou proto předmětem intenzivního výzkumu. Prvním cílem diplomové práce byla analýza současného stavu výzkumu proteinových tunelů. Vyhledali jsme 868 publikací, popisujících proteinové tunely, a na základě nich jsme analyzovali 915 proteinů a 867 tunelů …moreAbstract:
Protein channels provide access to a molecule into an active or a function site, buried inside a protein. This way, channels determine the selectivity of this site, and therefore they are a subject of intensive research. The first aim of the thesis was to analyze a state of the art of current channel research. We found 868 papers describing protein channels and we analyzed 915 proteins and 867 channels …more
