Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Leader dle Stephena Coveyho“ prezentuje stěžejní přístupy a metody Stephena Coveyho, uznávaného lektora a odborníka na vedení lidí. V některých kapitolách se také snaží o komparaci Coveyho myšlenek s názory jiných odborníků. V empirické části se práce věnuje analýze a kritickému zhodnocení Coveyho teorie vedení. V závěru ji aplikuje na specifické prostředí kulturní sféry.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis "Leader by Covey" presents main approaches and methods of Stephen Covey, who was a recognized lecturer and expert in leadership. In some chapters, text also tries to compare Covey's ideas with the views of other experts.
