Abstract:
Cílem práce je navržení a implementace modelu Balanced Scorecard ve vybrané energetické společnosti. Jako podklad pro zpracování práce bylo využito rešerše odborné literatury, analýzy, logické indukce a kvalitativního výzkumu.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to design and implement the Balanced Scorecard model in a selected energy company. The literature for analysis, analysis, logical induction and qualitative research was used as the basic for the work.
