Application portfolio of the non-profit organization Czechitas

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat a zhodnotit aplikační portfolio neziskové organizace Czechitas z.s., s ohledem na současný stav a potřeby budoucího růstu. V první kapitole jsou popsány teoretické zdroje, z nichž bylo čerpáno, definován pojem aplikačního portfolia, postupy identifikace a postupy zhodnocení aplikačního portfolia. V další části je popsána samotná nezisková organizace Czechitas, její poslání, předmět činnosti, organizační struktura a předběžná charakteristika aplikačního portfolia. Dále práce popisuje zvolenou metodiku – strategickou přípravu, definici klíčových atributů, sběr dat, jejich zpracování a postup zhodnocení aplikačního portfolia. Následně je uvedená metodika aplikována na neziskovou organizaci Czechitas, je identifikováno a zhodnoceno její aplikační portfolio z pohledu současného stavu a potřeb budoucího růstu. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny výsledky této práce.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to identify and evaluate the application portfolio of the non-profit organization Czechitas z.s., considering current state and the needs of future growth. First chapter describes theoretical sources used in this thesis, defines the application portfolio, the approaches of identification and evaluation of the application portfolio. The next chapter’s focus is on the non-profit organization Czechitas, their mission, purpose and key activities, organizational structure, and preliminary application portfolio characteristics. Further on the thesis describes the chosen methodology – strategic preparation, key attributes definition, data collection, data processing and method of application portfolio evaluation. Described methodology is then applied on non-profit organization Czechitas, the application portfolio is identified and evaluated from the perspective of current state and the needs of future growth. Finally, the results of this thesis are summarized.
