Obchodní expanze Rohlik Group na latinskoamerický trh

Abstract:

Tato práce zkoumá potencialní obchodní expanzi Rohlik Group na latinskoamerický trh. Autor této práce se snaží pochopit do kterých latinoamerických zemí může Rohlik Group mezinárodně expandovat tím že, Autor provede analýzu šesti latinoamerických zemi mezi které patří Brazilie, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru a Kolumbie. Důvodem výběru těchto šesti zemí rozhodovaly faktory jako je velikost trhu, roční růst trhu a předpověd růstu trhu do roku 2024. Nadále Autor používá analýzu typu SWOT, PESTLE, Porter’s 5 Forces a BERI model. Závěr této práci dochází k tomu že, na základě BERI model Kolumbie a Chile mají nejlepší politické a ekonomické prostředí pro mezinárodní expanzi Rohlik Group, nicméně podle analýzy PESTLE a Porters 5 Forces mají všechny země potenciál k úspěšnému rozšířeni.

Abstract:

This study examines possible Business Expansion of Rohlik Group into the Latin American Market. Author tries to understand which Latin American countries Rohlik Group can expand internationally by analyzing 6 Latin American countries such as Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Colombia. The reason for choosing these countries was due to the factors such as market size, market annual growth and market growth projection by 2024. Author uses different types of analysis such as SWOT, PESTLE, Porter’s 5 Forces and BERI model. This paper concludes that based on the BERI model Colombia and Chile have the best political and economic environment for Rohlik Group’s international expansion, however according to PESTLE and Porter’s 5 Forces all the countries have the potential for successful expansion.
