V úvodu mé bakalářské práce, nazvané „Trestné činy proti životu a zdraví“, nejprve vymezuji základní pojmy související s touto problematikou. Následně se konkrétněji věnuji některým skutkovým podstatám trestných činů proti životu a zdraví. In the beginning of my bachelor thesis called „Crimes against life and health“, I define the basic terms related to this issue. Subsequently, specifically I deal with the state of facts of crimes against life and health.
