Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivy a bariéry v dalším vzdělávání. V první polovině práce, tedy v její teoretické části, se její autorka zaměřila obecně na vzdělávání dospělých, na jejich učení a na podoby a formy celoživotního učení. Ve druhé kapitole se práce podrobněji věnovala motivům a bariérám, které další vzdělávání provázejí. Cílem výzkumu, který byl součástí přípravy této práce, bylo zjistit, jaké aspekty ovlivňují účast dospělých na vzdělávání a jaká je jeho úspěšnost. Výzkum měl kvalitativní design. Sběr výzkumných dat byl realizován třemi metodami. Autorka a výzkumník v jedné osobě sbírala data metodou terénních poznámek, metodou životního příběhu a pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Získaná data byla zaznamenána na diktafon. Rozhovory s respondenty byly představeny formou transkripce. Na základě komparace výzkumných dat byla zvolena témata, která byla diskutována s názory odborníků. Výzkum ukázal, že účastníci dalšího vzdělávání nastoupili do vzdělávacího procesu za účelem svého profesního růstu a realizovali tedy formální vzdělávání. Při jejich vzdělávání je nejvíce ovlivňovala rodina, jak pozitivně, tak negativně. Většina respondentů uvedla, že právě rodina byla i jejich vzdělávacím motivem a zároveň jejich vzdělávací bariérou.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on motives and barriers in further education. In the first half of the work, i.e. in its theoretical part, its author focused in general on the education of adults, on their learning and on the forms and forms of lifelong learning. In the second chapter, the work was devoted in more detail to the motives and barriers that accompany further education. The aim of the research, which was part of the preparation of this work, was to find out what aspects influence the participation of adults in education and what is its success rate. The research had a qualitative design. The collection of research data was implemented using three methods. The author and researcher in one person collected data using the field notes method, the life story method, and semi-structured interviews. The obtained data were recorded on a dictaphone. Interviews with respondents were presented in the form of transcription. Based on the comparison of research data, topics were chosen that were discussed with the opinions of experts. The research showed that the participants of further education entered the educational process for the purpose of their professional growth and thus implemented formal education. During their education, the family influenced them the most, both positively and negatively. The majority of respondents stated that the family was both their educational motive and at the same time their educational barrier.
