The Correction of Error in the Land Registr

Práce popisuje základní problematiku opravy chyby v katastrálním operátu v současné právní úpravě. Vychází z platné právní úpravy vztahující se k dané problematice, z interních a resortních předpisů, stanovisek a pokynů vydaných Českým úřadem zeměměřickým a katastrálním a odborné literatury. Abstract:
This work describes the basic problems of error correction in the set of cadastral maps according to recent law regulation. It departs from the valid law regulation that refers to the above problems, from the internal and department regulations, from the positions and directions given out by the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre and from the special literature.
