Anotace Cílem mé bakalářské práce je poukázat na problematiku trestné činnosti, zejména trestného činu loupežného přepadení na území České republiky. Úvodní část jsem zaměřil na charakteristiku loupežného přepadení, pojem a právní úpravu. Annotation My work refers to criminal activity problems especially robbery attack in all of territory in the Czech republic. The opening part of my work concentrates all my energies on characteristics of a robbery attack a definition and legal regulations.
