The Senate and its role in the political systém Čr

Anotace:

Cílem bakalářské práce „Senát a jeho úloha v politickém systému ČR“ je nabídnout historický vývojový pohled na Senát, aplikovat poznatky politologické teorie na současnou politickou realitu ve vztahu k naplňování role Senátu a vyslovit vlastní názor na opodstatněnost existence Senátu v současném politickém systému ČR. První část práce se zabývá historií vzniku pojmu Senát v obecné rovině i v realitě našeho regionu a základními pojmy souvisejícími s volebními systémy. Současně se v této první části práce zabývám zasazením Senátu do politického systému. Obsahem druhé části je pohled na Senát v České republice, a to od historie jeho vzniku do současné doby. Ve třetí části práce se zabývám úlohou Senátu v evropském kontextu. Tyto tři teoretické části jsou základem pro další, čtvrtou praktickou část, jejímž obsahem je zejména praktické naplňování role Senátu v prostředí ČR. Obsahem závěrečných kapitol práce je shrnutí teoretické části v porovnání s praktickým naplňováním role Senátu, a vyslovení vlastního názoru na opodstatněnost existence Senátu v politickém systému ČR.

Abstract:

The main goal of this bachelor´s thesis „ Senate and its role in the political system of CR“ is to offer historical and evolutional view at the Senate, utilize information of political theory according to contemporary political reality in terms of Senate role fulfillment and communicate one´s own view to justification of Senate existence in the contemporary political system of CR. First part of this thesis contains the information about the history and establishment of the Senate, definition in general as well as reality of our region and embraces fundamental definitions related to electoral systems. Second part of the dissertation work is about Senate perspective within the Czech republic beginning with history constitution up to date. In the third part of this thesis, I am addressing the function of Senate in the light of European context. All three theoretical chapters lay the ground of the theory for the fourth practical part, of which content is particulary practical role of Senate and fulfillment in the CR. Final chapters of thesis contain summary of theoretical parts and comparison of the Senate role, all that in the light of the theoretical as well as practical basis with its own expression on legitimate existence of Senate in the political system of CR.
