Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice stínového bankovnictví. Ve své první části se zaměřuje na analýzu této problematiky z hlediska subjektů a činností a nabízí čtenáři alternativní konstrukci definice daného pojmu. The aim of this thesis is shadow banking. The initial chapter focus on analysis of shadow banking from the perspective of subjects and activities and provides alternative form of the term's definition. Further, the thesis describes development of shadow banking over the course of time; particularly, it focus on demarcation of coherences in conjunction with the financial crisis.
