Bakalářská práce teoreticky popisuje bakterii Escherichia coli, její výskyt a faktory virulence. V práci jsou definovány patogenní kmeny a mechanismy jejich virulence. Bachelor's thesis describes the theory of the bacterium Escherichia coli, the occurrence and virulence factors. The paper defined pathogenic strains and their virulence mechanisms. Escherichia coli is generally the beneficial microorganisms, but it just strains possessing virulence factors are potentially harmful and can cause fatal infections.
