Diplomová práce se zabývá průběhem kariérových změn u dospělých. Cílem je zjistit, jak probíhají změny v kariéře u dospělých osob a popsat případné alternativy průběhu kariérové změny. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části práce se zaměřuji na objasnění základních pojmů a koncepcí souvisejících s tématem kariérových změn. The thesis deals with the process of career changes of adults. The aim is to determine how taking place changes in career adults and describe possible alternatives of career changes. This work is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic terms and concepts related to the topic of career changes.
