Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přikládánim molekulárních struktur, převážně vazebných míst proteinů. Jsou prezentovány tři algoritmy: první pro přikládání páru tří-rozměrných struktur, druhý pro hledání párování atomů v proteinech a konečně třetí, umožňující přiložení libovolného množství struktur najednou. Abstract:
This master’s thesis is focused on superimposing molecular structures, particularly protein binding sites. Three algorithms are presented: the first for superimposing a pair of threedimensional structures, the second for finding a pairing of atoms in protein structures, and, finally, the third for superimposing multiple structures at once.
