Free Organizations: Shaping Roles in the Context of New Forms of Organizing

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem „Svobodné organizace: Utváření rolí v kontextu nových forem organizování“ se věnuje principům nového organizačního designu a aktuálním trendem rozvíjení nových způsobů organizování, které jsou alternativou pro standardní hierarchické uspořádání organizací. Cílem této práce je identifikace a vysvětlení vazeb mezi faktory, které ovlivňují tvorbu rolí aktérů v organizaci zavádějící principy nového způsobu organizování. Výzkum byl prováděn kvalitativně. Data byla sbírána formou polostrukturovaného interview mezi výzkumníkem a zaměstnanci či majiteli vybrané společnosti. Nejzásadnějším výsledkem, k němuž se díky výzkumu dospělo, je představení dvou faktorů nazvaných jako: Odpovědnost za vlastní směr a Prostor k sebeutváření role, které ovlivňují tvorbu rolí v organizaci. Výstupy bakalářské práce jsou přínosem k teoretickým principům nových způsobů organizování, dále pak obohacují teorie organizačního designu stejně tak jako teorie tvorby rolí v rámci nových způsobů organizování.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis, entitled "Free Organizations: Shaping Roles in the Context of New Forms of Organizing," focuses on the principles of new organizational design and current trends in developing new ways of organizing as an alternative to standard hierarchical organizational arrangements.The aim of this thesis is to identify and explain the links between the factors that influence the formation of the roles of actors in an organization implementing the principles of a new way of organizing. The research was conducted qualitatively. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews between the researcher and employees or owners of the selected company. The most significant result obtained through the research is the introduction of two factors termed as: Responsibility for Self-Direction and Space for Role Self-Design, which influence role formation in the organization. The results of the bachelor thesis contribute to the theoretical principles of new ways of organizing, furthermore enriching the theories of organizational design as well as the theories of role formation within new ways of organizing.
