LECTURER PROGRAMES FOCUSED ON YOUTH

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na divadelní lektorství, divadelního lektora a formáty programů, které může využívat. Prostor je věnován také konkrétním podobám lektorské činnosti ve vybraných divadlech. Cílem práce je popsání lektorské činnosti, možností její podpory a také různých přístupů a postupů, které lektoři mohou aplikovat a jejich představení na konkrétních příkladech v případových studiích. První část práce je věnovaná oboru lektorství, věnuje se divadelnímu lektorovi, jeho vzdělání, náplni jeho práce a různým možnostem spolupráce s institucemi. Obsahuje také možnosti dělení lektorských programů a popis konkrétních formátů. Další část práce je věnovaná Asociaci divadelních lektorů, která značně podporuje vývoj celého oboru v České republice. Třetí část je tvořena třemi případovými studiemi. Popisuje vývoj a stav lektorských programů a lektorských oddělení ve třech divadlech – Národním divadle, Národním divadle Brno a Národním divadle moravskoslezském. Každé z nich je v jiné fázi rozvoje lektorských programů a každé k nim přistupuje jinak.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on theater lecturing, theater lecturers, and the types of programs they can use. One part of the thesis is also dedicated to specific forms of lecturing in selected theaters. The thesis aims to describe the work of a lecturer, the possibilities for its support, various approaches and procedures that lecturers can apply, and their presentation on specific examples in case studies. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the field of theater lecturing, theater lecturers, their education, the content of their work, and various possibilities of cooperation with institutions. It also contains options for dividing lecturer programs and a description of specific formats. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the Association of Theater Lecturers, which significantly supports the development of the entire field of theater lecturing in the Czech Republic. The third part consists of three case studies. It describes the development and status of lecturers’ programs and lecturer departments in three theaters – Národní divadlo, Národní divadlo Brno, Národní divadlo moravskoslezské. Each of them is in a different phase of development of lecturer programs, and each approaches them differently, so it is not a question of comparing them as such but of presenting different options.
