V moji bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na analýzu spokojenosti zákazníků v supermarketu Terno Zlín. Mým úkolem bylo sestavit dotazník, vykonat marketingový výzkum a sehnat informace o kvalitě sortimentu a služeb, které tato firma nabízí. Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis, I focus on customer satisfaction analysis in the Terno Zlín supermarket. My task was to create a questionnaire, conduct marketing research, and get information on the merchandise selection quality and the level of services this company offers.
