Tato práce se zabývá riziky nutričních deficitů, které mohou nastat u pacientů, u nichž vlivem přítomnosti potravinových alergií muselo dojít k zavedení eliminační diety. Eliminací velkých potravinových skupin, jako jsou např. kravské mléko a výrobky z něj či vejce, může dojít k snížení pestrosti stravy a k nedostatku některých mikronutrientů. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the risks of nutritional deficiencies that may occur in patients having food allergies who had to introduce the elimination diet. Elimination of large food groups, such as cow’s milk and dairy or eggs, can reduce the variety of one’s diet and result in the lack of certain micronutrients.
