Diplomová práce se zabývá pravomocí Evropské unie regulovat soukromoprávní vztahy, konkrétně vymezením rozsahu pravomoci, kterou Unie pro regulaci jednotlivých odvětví soukromého práva má. The thesis deals with the competence of the European Union to regulate private law relations, specifically with determination of the scope of competence that is attributed to the EU in order to regulate particular fields of private law.
