Optimization of supply chain management
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the optimization of the supply chain in a selected company. It examines the current supply chain setup. On the basis of the gained infrmation, it suggests possible solutions to the identified weaknesses. They are then discussed with the used sources and the company's financial analysis, so that feasible changes are precisely de-fined.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá optimalizáciou dodávateľského reťazca vo vybranom podniku. Skúma aktuálne nastavenie dodávateľského reťazca. Na základe získaných poznatkov sú stanovené možné riešenia zistených nedostatkov, ktoré sú diskutované s použitými zdrojmi a finančnou analýzou spoločnosti, tak aby boli presne definované uskutočniteľné zmeny.
