Usury, history and present

Abstract:

The object and purpose of bachelor thesis is to analyze the legal regulation and social perception of the concept of usury in the Czech Republic. Before the analysis of legal regulation bachelor thesis is focused on the fundamental terms associated with the issue and on the meaning and perception of the concept of usury in history. Subsequently, the content of thesis is the analysis of usury legal regulation in the Czech Republic over the last 50 years up to the present. Social perception of usury will be expressed by the gathering of people´s opinions from different spheres of social life. In the final part a summary and the conclusions, reached on the basis of the analysis of research problems, are contained.

Abstract:

Predmetom a cieľom bakalárskej práce je rozbor právnej úpravy a spoločenského vnímania pojmu úžera v Českej republike. Pred samotným rozborom právnej úpravy sa práca zameriava na základné pojmy súvisiace s danou problematikou a na význam a chápanie pojmu úžera v histórii. Následne je obsahom práce rozbor právnej úpravy úžery v podmienkach Českej republiky v priebehu posledných 50 rokov až po súčasnosť. Spoločenský pohľad na inštitút úžery bude vyjadrený zhromaždením názorov ľudí z rôznych sfér spoločenského života. Záverečná časť práce obsahuje zhrnutie a závery dosiahnuté na základe rozboru skúmanej problematiky.
