Abstract:

Hlavním tématem magisterské práce „Prezentační aktivity Valašského muzea v přírodě v oblasti lidové stravy“ je lidová strava na Valašsku, která je zde pojata v rovině teoretické i praktické. Teoretická rovina poskytuje přehled vývoje lidové stravy daného regionu zejména od 19. století do poloviny 20. století, zaměřuje se na základní druhy potravin, způsob jejich zpracování, uchování a využití při přípravě pokrmů. Praktická rovina je aplikací poznatků z historie v praxi, prostřednictvím tematických muzejních programů, které VMP nabízí v průběhu kalendářního roku návštěvníkům. Kromě programů pro širokou veřejnost je téma zpracováno i formou edukačního programu pro školy, jemuž se práce podrobně věnuje, včetně aplikace výukových metod. Teoretická část práce poskytuje rovněž obecný náhled na prezentaci sbírek v historii, od počátků sběratelství až k muzejní prezentaci, zprostředkovává názory některých významných muzeologů na prezentaci muzejních sbírek, zabývá se také problematikou prezentačních aktivit zaměřených na dětského návštěvníka a vznikem prvních dětských muzeí ve světovém kontextu. Je zde představena uvedená instituce, její vznik, vývoj a specifika muzea v přírodě v oblasti prezentačních aktivit.

Abstract:

The main topic of the master´s thesis „Presentation activities of the Wallachian open-air museum in the field of folk food“ is the folk food in Wallachia, which is dealt with on a theoretical and practical level. The theoretical level provides an overview of the folk food development in the given region, particularly from the 19th century to the half of the 20th century. It centres on staple food, the way of its processing, preserving and use in food preparation. The practical level is an application of findings from history to practice by means of thematic museum programmes which the Wallachian open-air museum offers to its visitors in the course of a year. Besides the programmes for general public the topic is also adapted in the form of an educational programme for schools, which is dealt with in detail in the thesis, including the application of teaching methods. The theoretical part also provides a general view of collections presentation in history since the beginning of collecting to the presentation of the museum, mediates some eminent museologists views of museum collections presentation, deals with the issues of presentation activities addressing a child visitor and establishment of the first children museums in the world context. The above-mentioned institution is introduced here, as well as its foundation, the development and specifics of the open air museum in the field of presentation activities.
