Dealing with the applicant of service in the accommodation facility of social services in Kutna Hora.

Abstract:

Obsahem mé bakalářské práce je zavedení standardů kvality poskytování sociální služby do praxe, konkrétně standard kvality č.3 – Jednání se zájemcem o službu. Zaměřuji se na cílovou skupinu seniorů a zajímají mě jako zájemci o sociální službu, přesně jako zájemci - žadatelé o sociální službu domov pro seniory. Zájemci o službu jsou ti, kteří se zajímají o konkrétní sociální službu, hledají informace o službě a přemýšlí a zvažují, jaká služba by jim pro řešení jejich nepříznivé sociální situace vyhovovala. Zájemci - žadatelé jsou ti senioři, kteří již základní informace o službě dostali a na základě toho podali žádost o poskytování služby domov pro seniory. Nesoustředím se na uživatele služby – těmi se zájemci nebo žadatelé stanou, nebo nestanou v závislosti na tom, jakou službu požadují a jaká je jim nabízena. Teoretická část je zaměřena na důvody, proč senioři hledají sociální službu, na problematické soužití se seniory a z převážné části na postup, kterým se v praxi provádí jednání se zájemcem o službu v organizaci Domov Barbora Kutná Hora, poskytovatel sociálních služeb, ve kterém pracuji jedenáct let a mám zkušenost se zaváděním standardů kvality do praxe. Nakolik je tento do praxe zavedený postup smysluplný a funkční pro danou cílovou skupinu mi pomůže rozkrýt moje BP. Praktickou - výzkumnou část této práce zaměřím na kvalitativní výzkum. Z výzkumných technik použiji individuální rozhovor, rozhovor podle návodu a analýzu dokumentů.

Abstract:

The substance of my bachelor degree thesis is the implementation of quality standards , that are related to the delivering of social services, to the profession; be specific, to quality standard No. 3 – Dealing with the applicant of service. I am focusing on target group of senior citizens. I am interested in them like of the applicants of social service, exactly like of the applicants – interested persons of the social service of aged-persons home. The applicants of service are interested in concrete social service, they search the informations about service and consider, which service would conform to the solving of their unfavourable social situation. The applicants – interested persons are these senior persons, who already got for basic information about the service and on the basis of they made the application of providing services of aged-persons home. I do not concentrate on service user – by those the applicants – interested persons will or will not become depending up, what kind of service they require and which kind of service is offered to them. Theoretical part of my thesis is orientated on reasons, why the senior persons search the social service; on proplematic common life with senior persons; and from the major part on process, how the dealing with the applicant of service is provided in Domov Barbora Kutná Hora Organisation. I have been working in this organisation, that provides the social services, for eleven years. I have the experience with the implementing of quality standards to praxis. My bachelor degree thesis helps me to show, to what extent this in praxis established process is purposeful and functional for the defined target group.The practical – experimental part of this thesis is focused on the qualitative research. Like the experimental technics I will use the individual interview, interview based on documents and analysis of documents.
