Abstract:
Práce se zabývá tématem samosprávy v podmínkách České republiky, zejména územní samosprávou jako základním kamenem pro fungování novodobého demokratického státu. Práce je teoretickým výkladem, je rozčleněna do několika samostatných kapitol, které se zabývají pojetím samosprávy včetně stručného historického vývoje po roce 1990 a dále obecním a krajským zřízením

My work persues self govermment in Czech republic, above all - territorial self govermment as a basic stone for a modern demokratic state. My work is theoretic interpretation and it is divided in a few self chapters, which are describing the conception of „self government“. Historical period after the year 1990 is included and also the village and regional constitution of state
