Analysis and management possibilities of assets, financial and capital company structure

Abstract:

The objective of the diploma thesis “The Analysis and Possibilities of Management of Property, Financial, and Capital Structure of an Enterprise” is to point out the analysis and possibility of management of property, financial, and capital structure of an undertaking existing in a real environment. The theoretical part of this work, namely chapter one, deals with the description of theoretical approaches to property, financial, and capital structure of an enterprise and with methods of financial analysis, consequently, chapter two presents possibilities of their evaluation. In the practical part, that is chapter three, an enterprise from a real environment is subjected to property, financial, and capital analysis with the use of several crucial indicators. Based on the results of the analysis recommendations have been formulated to remove the reserves in the property and capital structure of the enterprise.

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce „Analýza a možnosti riadenia majetkovej, finančnej a kapitálovej štruktúry podniku“ je poukázať na analýzu a možnosti riadenia majetkovej, finančnej a kapitálovej štruktúry v reálne existujúcom podnikateľskom subjekte. Teoretická časť práce a to konkrétne prvá kapitola je zameraná na oboznámenie sa s teoretickými prístupmi k majetkovej, finančnej a kapitálovej štruktúre podniku a s metódami finančnej analýzy a následne druhá kapitola poukazuje na ich možnosti hodnotenia. V praktickej časti, teda v tretej kapitole je reálne existujúci podnik podrobený majetkovej, finančnej a kapitálovej analýze, pomocou viacerých najdôležitejších ukazovateľov. Z výsledkov analýzy sú stanovené odporúčania, ktoré by mali viesť k odstráneniu rezerv v majetkovej a kapitálovej štruktúre podniku.
