Abstract:

Komunikace a typologie osobnosti jsou velice zajímavou oblastí k detailnějšímu zkoumání. Každý člověk při komunikaci s ostatními využívá různé komunikační nástroje. Lidé při komunikaci samotné většinou jednají spontánně bez toho, aby uvažovali, s jakým typem člověka hovoří. Změnil by člověk svůj projev, kdyby věděl jakým typem osobnosti jeho protějšek je? V teoretické části diplomové práce si přiblížíme komunikaci jako takovou, její druhy, postupný vývoj a formy komunikace v různých společnostech. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části je detailnější přiblížení komunikačního schématu. Také se seznámíme s typologií člověka a tzv. typologií MBTI. V praktické části se podíváme na to, jak dalece se skupinka respondentů s předem definovanou typologií ztotožnila a co jim absolvovaný dotazník o nich samotných přinesl za zjištění. Změnila by firma výběr zaměstnanců, kdyby znala jejich typologický profil? Převažuje některý z typů osobnosti u určité pracovní pozice? Závěrem diplomové práce si ukážeme, jak by se dala typologie MBTI dala využít v praxi.

Abstract:

Communication and personality typology are very interesting areas for more detailed investigation. Every person when communicating with others using various communication tools. People communicating themselves tend to act spontaneously without thinking, what kind of a person speaking. Changed by man his speech if he knew what type of personality is its counterpart? In the theoretical part of the thesis a closer communication itself, its species, the gradual development and communication forms in different societies. An integral part of the theory of the approach is detailed communication scheme. Also, we introduce the typology of man and the MBTI typology. In the practical part we will look at how far the group of respondents with pre-defined typologies aligned and what they have completed a questionnaire about themselves brought for determination. Has the company staff selection, if she knew their typological profile? Outweighs any of the personality types for a particular job? Finally, the thesis will show you how to put the MBTI typology could be used in practice.
